General sale conditions
The website www.apicci.it is addressed to private users and we do not accept orders from who is not the final user of the goods we sell.
The whole contents of the site www.apicci.it including images, documents, motifs and logotypes is property of A. Picci - Como. Each reproduction, alteration, publication and distribution for commercial purposes is forbidden.
We accept payments with credit card and or Paypal. Just for Italy, we do also accept bank transfers assigned to: A. Picci Banco Popolare – Branch of Como. IBAN: IT94T 05034 10902 0000 0000 6925.
- We ship in Italy with Nexive for 6€, and we ship for free for orders over €50. The delivery is done within 3 working days.
- In Europe we ship with UPS Standard o UPS Express that deliver respectively in 2-4 and in 1-2 working days.
- In the rest of the world we ship with UPS Express that delivers in 2-4 working days.
A. Picci is not responsible for possible delays due to the courier or due to force majeure and it is not responsible for damages or losses deriving from the sale of the proposed goods.
The on-line order can modify in real time the goods availability. Therefore, www.apicci.it does not grant the certainty of the assignment of the ordered products.
Taxes and customs duty
Orders coming from extra European Community countries include in the price possible taxes and customs duties. In special cases an additional amount can be asked in order to face customs duties applied to the order.
Goods return policy
The customer can return the goods within ten days; we kindly ask the customer to forewarn the goods return through an email to: email@example.com
The return cost by courier or postal service is fully at the expense of the customer. A. Picci refunds the money only corresponding to the value of the returned goods. This must not have any kind of sign of usage or alteration and must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. A. Picci does not accept the return in case the goods are not in compliance to the mentioned requirements.
We kindly ask our customer to check the package and sign to prove the delivery took place successfully. If the package seems to be sabotaged, the customers must accept it “goods unchecked” or reject the delivery.
